Community Garden Potluck Party at Mother's Park Build an edible garden in our local Mother's Park near Playa Negra with live music and potluck food Wednesday, May 7, 2014 8:00am till 2:00pm We will put edible plants and flowers throughout the garden park and allow food to grow for you and our families. Please bring: water and a veggie or fruit potluck dish Mother's park is located N of the Point restaurant on Playa Negra across the small market, Violeta and behind the bus stop. For vegetable garden compost beds, please bring bags of leaves, newspapers, cardboard boxes, cow, chicken or horse manure, vegetable and fruit scraps.
