Esperamos poder compartir la bendición que es seguir las enseñanzas de Amma a través de nuestros proyectos de acción consciente. Para arrancar oficialmente tenemos unos cuantos proyectos determinados para comenzar lo más pronto posible. Es importante recordarles que aunque estas iniciativas son gestionadas por AYUDH Costa Rica, todos son bienvenidos a participar y colaborar: Todos hemos sido bendecidos, entonces todos tenemos la mejor razón para entregar devuelta. We are very happy to write this first email from AYUDH Costa Rica to all of you. We hope to share the blessing that is to follow Amma's teachings through our awareness in action projects. To officially start off we have determined a few projects to begin as soon possible. It is important to remind all of you that even though these projects are coordinated by AYUDH Costa Rica members, everyone is welcome to particpate and help out. Cocinaremos en la casa de Kumar. Se les insta que inviten a toda persona que desee colaborar. Esperamos contar con la asistencia de todos para que este satsang tan especial se celebre en familia. We will be having a homeless feeding as part of our Mother's Kitchen seva project. Please invite anyone who might be interested in participating and helping us out. We will share more details with you in another email. - Saturday September 27th. We're celebrating Ammas birthday! we hope to see all of you in this very special satsang to celebrate in family. The event will be hosted at Kumar's home and we will have a special dinner menu on this special ocassion that we hold dear to our hearts. We will need everyone's help to get this menu together. LA LUZ DE AMMA EVENTS FOR AUGUST AND SEPTEMBER-COSTA RICA

JAI AMMA Hola a todos, esperando que se encentren bien, queremos comunicarles y de paso invitarles a las actividades que tendremos programadas. • Sábado 23 de agosto estaremos realizando Satsang, el lugar de este esta todavía sin definir, así que si alguno de ustedes nos ofrece algún espacio mucho se lo vamos a agradecer. • Domingo 31 de agosto, estaremos realizando una Paella para recolectar fondos para la Asociación La Luz de Amma, esta actividad se va a realizar en las Cabañas, el costo va ser de 7000 mil colones, el cual incluyen la entrada a este sitio donde se puede disfrutar de sus áreas de recreo. La alimentación a los Indigentes en San José 10 de Agosto

Namah Shivaya, El próximo domingo 10 de Agosto 2014 estamos planeando hacer la alimentación a los Indigentes en San José. La preparación comenzara a las 9:00 am en casa de Kumar en San Antonio de Escazú. (Ya que estamos en época lluviosa), partiremos hacia la calle entre 11:45 y 12:00, dependiendo de que tan rápido cocinemos. Seria fenomenal saber quienes quieren y pueden venir. Solo deben llamar para confirmar o responder a este correo. Así mismo, las personas que deseen donar alimentos también son bienvenidos. Todas las personas que deseen donar alimentos deben llamar a Kumar a mas tardar el VIERNES al 85810815). De esta forma podremos sabe que hace falta comprar (ver lista de comida abajo). Toda la comida debe estar en casa de Kumar a mas tardar el domingo a las 9:00am o sábado en la noche. Muchas gracias a todos. Alimentos: 5 kilos de cebolla,10 kilos de papas ,10 kilos de tomates, 2 racimos de apio, 10 chiles dulces rojos, jengibre, 12 cabezas de ajos, 5 kilos de zanahorias, un ayote (calabaza) entero, 4 paquetes de vainicas, 2 bolsas grandes de frijoles negros,12 zuquinis y cualquier otro vegetal. Hierbas varias, una bolsa de sal, limones. It is our deepest joy to invite you all to the next homeless feeding organized by La Luz de Amma. We will take advantage of this opportunity to offer a little of our effort for those who have the least, and to tend to them with humility and compassion. We hope to count with your support and selfless serviceon this coming Sunday August 10th. It would be very convenient to know who will be attending so please confirm by writting back to this email and Kumar's own email (kdaryanani35@hotmail.com). We will begin working at Kumar's home at 9am (please make an effort to be punctual). We will have need of many working hands to prepare the vegetarian soup we will be serving in downtown San José at aproximately 11:45 am or 12:00 pm. Everyone who wishes to donate food should call the 85810815 no later than Friday. In this way we will know what is left to buy at the Escazú fair on Saturday (see the list of food bellow). All the food should be in Kumar's home no later than by 9:00 am on Saturday or Friday night. List of ingredients: 5 kg of onions, 10 kg of potatoes, 10 kg of tomatoes, 2 bunches of celery, 12 Chiles dulces, Ginger, 12 heads of garlic, 6 kg of carrots, one whole pumpkin, 4 packs of peas, 12 zuquinies, and any other vegetable.
