special – a Global Prayer For Peace Day is being held this Sunday, September 21 – at 12 noon, wherever you are in the world. There will be gatherings worldwide. Locally, the gathering will be held from 11 AM – 1 PM at Casa Amma, in Playa Negra. Come join us for Prayer, Proze, and Praize, along with singing, and a light meditation – all dedicated toward Peace on this planet.

En este correo les compartiremos la información sobre el proyecto de la discusión de libros y enseñanzas. Recuerden que todos son bienvenidos a participar. - Discusión de libros. Realizaremos una discusión sobre un libro en particular cada trimestre a partir de este mes. Esperamos poder compartir nuestra perspectiva sobre las enseñanzas espirituales y prácticas que nos brinda Amma. La encargada de este proyecto es Stefi Wimmer. La primera lectura que realizaremos es del libro "Sabiduría Eterna vol. 1 (Eternal Wisdom)". Para quienes no tengan el libro, vamos a levantar una lista para sacar fotocopias. Se determinará un precio para las fotocopias y se le agregará un monto de donación adicional para financiar otros proyectos. We will conduct a discussion over a specific book every three months. We hope to share our perspectives on the spiritual and practical teachings Amma blesses us with. AYUDH COSTA RICA Capacitación en primeros auxilios / CPR certification

¡Namah Shivaya! Una de nuestras iniciativas es lograr que los interesados se certifiquen en algún curso de primeros auxilios o asistencia de emergencia. ¡Namah Shivaya! Compartimos la información sobre esta iniciativa de seva. - Acompañamiento a los adultos mayores. Realizaremos al menos una visita mensual a algún hogar para adultos mayores. La idea es compartir con ellos y aprender de su sabiduría para ampliar nuestra perspectiva sobre el lo significa dar, vivir y amar. Ayudaremos al centro dando nuestro servicio y esfuerzo. La encargada de este proyecto en Meme Wimmer. Por favor compartir cualquier información de contacto con centros de cuidado al adulto mayor con ella.
